I called Quality Auto Glass and they quoted me a price for a windshield replacement since my crack had already spread across the windshield. I could have just repaired the rock chip about 2 days earlier when the rock hit it. I was going down I-495 near Fairfax when a rock flew up and made a little star on the front glass just to the right of my view. The technician came out and replaced the windshield in a little under an hour. They used OE quality glass and high quality adhesives. I read online that it is very important to have original quality or better adhesive since the windshield is a crucial part of your car's safety restraints. I was very pleased with the process, It was convenient for me since they came here to my office in downtown Washington DC. I will definitely call Quality Auto Glass the next time I need a windshield repair or replacement.

I got a great price and next day morning service. The new windshield looks great, the repair took about an hour. The large crack on the windshield was caused by a falling branch. The repair was covered by my comprehensive insurance and they filed the claim with me on the phone. Then they came to my home in Washington DC and replaced the windshield. I am very happy with their service and very comfortable to recommend them to repair service for your car glass.

They did a great job fixing my Camry windshield. I called on a Wednesday evening about 5:30 and their guy repaired it the next morning before 10 am at my home in Washington, DC. They cleaned up all the broken glass out of the car and made it look like new again. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will use them again whenever I need.

I was headed to work in Ellicott city, MD from Washington DC and a rock flew up from a truck on the interstate and broke my windshield. It started as a small rock chip, but the next morning the windshield had cracked out about 8 inches. I called and spoke to Ed and they made the technician came out the next afternoon and do a windshield replacement in Washington DC at my job. You guys did a great job, thanks again.

Thanks you for replacing my car window, I was so scared when I saw my car had been broken into. I called Quality Auto Glass and spoke to Ed. He had the technician came over to my place in Arlington, VA and replace my car window in less than 2 hours. I felt so relieved to have my car secured again with the car window glass back in place. Quality Auto Glass did a great job fixing my Honda door glass. My car was broke into in the parking garage and I needed it fixed fast because I had to leave. I called and spoke to a customer service person and got a technician dispatched to the parking garage within a couple of hour. They cleaned out all of the broken glass out of the car and vacuumed it out of the door. I was impressed with the level of service all the way around. I got what I was promised, a quick repair of my door glass and the job was done well and left very clean. They also came to my workplace in Alexandria, VA which was great! The customer service was good and I will be glad to highly recommend using this service.
